Website privacy
The agency enquiry form collects your name, agency name, work email, telephone number, enquiry type, consent and any message you choose to provide.
Enquiries are processed by Web3Forms and forwarded to the website operator by email so we can respond about agency access or a demonstration. Web3Forms states that it does not store form submissions, although temporary server logs may contain personal information. The recipient may retain the resulting email as needed to respond to and manage your enquiry. The form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Do not include property owner information, buyer details, identity documents or sensitive information in this public enquiry form.
The website uses hosting infrastructure supplied through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. Infrastructure providers may process request and operational information to deliver the website. The site does not add advertising trackers or an analytics integration.
To request access, correction or deletion of an enquiry, use the contact form with the same work email and state your request. Additional verification may be needed to protect your information.
Website terms
This website describes the intended Agentlyst Statements workflow and provides a way to enquire about access. It does not create an agency account, enter into a software subscription or take payment.
Product availability and agency access are confirmed during onboarding. Interface screenshots use an example agency. Launch features may be subject to final configuration, testing and release.
The protected workspace linked from Sign In is for existing approved pilot users. Access remains subject to the permissions assigned to that user.
Any software subscription, licence or service terms are separate from these website terms and must be confirmed before your agency starts using the service.
Access & supporting records
The Statements application uses agency workspaces and permission-based access. Supporting plans and evidence are kept separate from controlled public publication.
Marketing enquiries are not published on this website. This page does not claim an independent security certification or service availability guarantee.

Agentlyst Statements is a software platform designed to assist real estate agencies with Property Price Statement workflows and record keeping. It does not constitute legal advice, and use of the platform does not replace an agency's obligation to understand and comply with applicable legislation and regulatory requirements.
Agencies remain responsible for reviewing data, calculations, evidence and prescribed form output. A reviewed figure is not a surveyed measurement. Automatic analysis is under development; the current pilot uses reviewed manual tracing.
